An original House-Head! DJ Oakie E is from The Garden State, New Jersey. DJ Oakie E’s childhood reads like a soundtrack to a Funk, Jazz & R & B concert known for the mixture of House Music ,Club and Dance music.

DJ Oakie E started on radio in Troy NY (1100 AM – WHVCC) in 1984, as co-host with DJ Blazz, A.K.A. Ron Brooks.

Recently he has been the Host DJ at the Railside Café Basement parties in Fanwood NJ. WBKS1 Radio House Heat Show on WBKS1.com.
